Mike and His co-worker are amazing. Not only are they very customer service focused, they did an amazing job on my car today. I will definitely be back just because of these two gentleman. For the people who state it takes awhile for the cars to be cleaned and detailed, please remember that it does take awhile due to the focus these gentleman have on their job!

I took my 2006 Volvo s60 into Big Al's. My car had these nasty stains in the paint from acid rain and they were literally everywhere from front to back. I had tried the normal buffing processes and tried everything I googled to get them out and nothing. I called in around 10:30 a.m. and he let me bring my car in for a full detail that day! He knew exactly how to get them out! His crew is a hard working bunch of guys who you can really tell they take pride in their work. They spent all day working on my vehicle and made a big deal out of every little detail. My car literally looks brand new and I gave it a nice joy ride around town this evening just because of Big Al's work! I cannot recommend this place enough. If you need any kind of automotive detail work, don't think twice. Bring you car here!
